For the third year in row the TONSPUREN festival offers a holiday project for children aged 8 to 11 entitled “Kinderspuren”. The goal of the project is to introduce children to contemporary music and musical experiences in a playful way. This year the children will deal with the theme of remembering. Under the title "Memory" we gather with them memories and family finds such as children’s songs, nursery rhymes or familiar sounds in a colorful workshop and use them to build personal, distinctive sound environments.

The project is a collaboration with the Josef Guggenmos Elementary School in Irsee. However, all children interested in a musical journey behind the scenes of the TONSPUREN festival are invited to participate. Deadline for registration is 10 March 2015.

At last, the trailer of Marc Sinan’s Komitas project for the TONSPUREN festival 2015 is online!

In July 2014, Marc and his team travelled to Turkey for the recordings of the Komitas project. In this beautiful trailer with impressive pictures of the Anatolian countryside, everyone can now get a glimpse of Sinan's work!
